MAMMOTH LAKES TOURISM FEATURES TANGLE FREE WATERS
It was a shaky – er, icy – start, but fishing season is well underway here in the Eastern Sierra, which means it’s go time for MLR’s Tangle Free Waters program! Thanks to our friends at Mammoth Lakes Tourism for sharing information about the program on their blog .
The Tangle Free Waters program removes monofilament fishing line from our lakes and waterways, and recycles it into artificial reef and fish habitat. You can always learn more about this essential program by visiting the Tangle Free Waters page on the MLR website.
