CROWLEY LAKE - WHISKEY BAY
Nestled on the edge of the Long Valley Caldera, Crowley Lake is a reservoir along the upper Owens River that was first created in 1941 with the creation of the Long Valley Dam.
Every year, countless anglers make their way to the sparkling waters of Crowley Lake to try their hand at catching Rainbow, Brown, and / or Cutthroat Trout against the scenic backdrop of the Sierra Nevada and Glass Mountains.
Crowley Lake Fish Camp, in cooperation with LADWP, manages access to the lake and offers boat rentals, supplies, and campsites.
